RoyalVally is a premier cab service operating throughout Jammu & Kashmir, India. We provide transportation services including bikes, auto-rickshaws, cars, and tourist packages across all districts of J&K.

By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any ride or service with RoyalVally.

2. Service Coverage

Our services cover:

  • Kashmir Valley: Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg, and all surrounding areas
  • Jammu Division: Jammu, Kathua, Udhampur, Rajouri, Poonch, and other districts
  • Ladakh Region: Leh, Kargil, Nubra Valley, and high-altitude destinations
  • Inter-District Travel: All routes within Jammu & Kashmir
  • Tourist Packages: Customized tours and scenic route packages

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Free cancellation up to 30 minutes before pickup
  • 50% charge for cancellation within 30 minutes
  • Full charge if driver has already arrived
  • Tourist package cancellations: 24-hour notice required

6.2 Cancellation by RoyalVally

  • Full refund for weather-related cancellations
  • Alternative arrangement or full refund for vehicle breakdown
  • Immediate notification of any service disruption

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
  • Be ready at the specified pickup time
  • Carry valid identification for inter-state travel
  • Respect the driver and vehicle property
  • Follow local laws and regulations
  • No smoking or consumption of alcohol in vehicles
  • Additional passengers beyond vehicle capacity not allowed

8. Liability and Insurance

RoyalVally maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and operations. However, customers are advised to have their own travel insurance for additional protection.

  • Vehicle insurance covers accidents and damages
  • Personal belongings are customer's responsibility
  • Medical emergency assistance provided

9. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Customer data is used solely for service delivery and improvement. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.
